1. Service Nature

Our services involve professional effort and time-based consultancy. Once a service has been initiated or filed (e.g., ITR submission, GST filing, registration process), it cannot be cancelled.

2. Cancellation Requests

Cancellation before work initiation may be allowed on written request to support@taxsolution4you.com within 24 hours of payment.

Once work has started or documents are submitted to the authorities, no cancellation will be permitted.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if:

• You are charged twice for the same transaction.
• The service was not delivered due to our error or non-availability.

In such cases, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after verification.

4. No Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Delay caused by incomplete or incorrect documents from the client.
• Rejection or delay by government portals.
• Change of mind after service initiation.
